its a double helix....but its really messed up, not very sysmetrical
again too much dodge and burn...i can't seem to paint without using it
suggestions?

i actually like the original better. higher contrast and the light glow is much more dramatic with the simplistic coloration. The angles of the, uh, i forgot the name, nucliotides or something, on the original seems more fitting as well. Might just be me though, dunno. They both have nice coloration, i just think the first version is more nicely constructed.
