Well, I haven't posted anything here in quite some time, and for that I'm very sorry. However, there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to do school, work, and play. This is an image that I actually started at the beginning of last year. I like the basic image a lot, but I'm thinking about entering it into an art show, and if I do I want it to look great! (Well, I guess that goes without saying.)
Anyway, I decided to have a little fun with the healing brush to add texture to my painting. I don't know if this would be considered cheating or not, but I was sick of drawing blades of grass which didn't really look that great anyway.
I'm going to post both my new image and the original. Tell me what you think. Does it look better? Is it cheap to use photographic textures? Do you like it? You know... The usual stuff.

Hello
I think these two are very cool but somehow I like the old image more, it could be the thing with the Bridge, in the old one is the bridge very much embedded with shadow and the new has a too bright Bridge, as what I think anyway.
The water in the new one is amazing but wait, I think I like the newer one better acutally, The bridge a bit darker and the tower on the building the same shading as in the old one and according to me you will have a masterpiece.
Very nice
