I like it very much, you've added some nice touches this time around. I'm liking the new textures, especially on that back door. The pipes outside look fantastic as well. The blood stains look sickeningly good, definitely adds to the mood. Very nice job.

Cool pic. You could get some volume light and shodws coming thorugh that opening there, could look sweet. Looks cool now tho.
