Well I think that this question could be posted here. I'm using a wacom graphire I 4x5 to do some digital painting. A friend of mine bought a new wacom intuos II and want to sell his old (ArtPad II or ArtZ II, I don't know which one yet) 12x12. As I working in a monitor with a resolution of 1600x1200, I think that a big wacom will be better.
Any references on this model? Good? Bad? Any price references?

| i use an Artpad II on a 19" running 1600x1200 no troubles.. do a search on this section of the board and u'll find some reference to how u draw to the size of tablet u should purchase.. |

Thank you BOb! As I said I will buy a 12x12 from a friend. But two questions remains:
ArtPad and ArtZ have the "tilt" feature?
You can control the troughput of the serial port for a smooth brush stroke? |

nope no tilt feature.. thats the l8r model wacoms..
tbh, i've not noticed that i have a jaggy stroke with my tablet on a serial connex.. |

My 12x12" serial ArtZ II has tilt.
