I made this from a reference pic in a national geographic. I'd like some comments or critiques on my painting technique, keep in mind im suffering with a mouse here.

I think this pic deserves them.
I like the composition. Picture itself could be taken further, but like you said its with a mouse :\ Dude's helmet doesnt look like its sitting on his head firmly. Good textures. The volumes stand out well, i don't know if the green/yellowish background works too great with brown/red the figures are painted in.

Thanks for the replies. I changed it around a bit here and there. I think ebay sounds like a good idea for a tablet, or else im not gonna do this much and I would rather use real paint and a paintbrush.
