Occasionally I'm lucky enough to work with an illustrator friend of mine who sketches some fabulous art, and asks me to color it for her.
The link below is our latest peice, called "Poe". I did all the painting on it in Photoshop 7.
If this is too offensive for this board, then by all means feel free to remove it. I was nervous about posting it, considering various political-correct issues.
Mostly, it was a fantastic lesson in futher developing my technique for hair and vinyl.

| It's not nearly as offensive as I expected, or as explicit as some of the work posted here. And it's a very nice piece. I really like the soft skintones. The vinyl doesn't really look like vinyl, though. Less pink highlights - keep it sharp and high-contrast. |

I never know how people are going to react to different things - so, I disclaim as much as I can just to try and cut back on the knee-jerkers that jump up and down on the keyboard with thier little censorship flags gripped tightly in clenched fists of rage.
It's quite an evolution in my usual coloring technique, but I'm very pleased with the result. I might play around with your suggestion on the vinyl... that was difficult for me to pull off. |

well you draw a very hard pose ...
and make it well very nice hair and fur in her legs
but .. something in her face can be more good
i dont know ..

Not a bad effort. I agree that the vinyl looks odd and the perspective on her shoe is off. Other than that, I dig it.
Kind of reminds me of Rion Vernon's work in a way...
