i really like the use of colors. looking at it in a character design stand point, what kind of powers does she have, what time period is she from, and why the hat and google? just wondering. anyway great job.

Use your imagination guys . She's Octopussy, therefore a lot of her time would be spent underwater. So the "hat" would be like the swim caps swimmers wear to be more aerodynamic (or better yet a full swimsuit), the goggle's are obvious, and the things on her neck must be the breathing apparatus. Well that's all in my opinion anyway. Very cool pic though

thanx dudes, as Kanabis said it could be an underwater suit, in fact she was born in a speedpainting forum and I'm still working on her, this one was made in 3 hours with painter and PS for the lighting rings.
once I'll be happy with her I'll make some renderings with many details.
