The Mill Production and Out of the box entertainment are currently looking for two talented individuals. We are looking for a skilled artist and a skilled programmer.

The game that we are currently developing is called Dualism: Total Warfare. This is a squad based strategy game, which is already currently up and running.

Dualism: Total Warfare is a game that is set about in the near future. Your are a rescue squad that is sent to a colonized planet after the planet gets into trouble with a marine ship that has been lost for some time now. The ships comes to crash at the spaceport, where this is the start of the trouble. The planet goes into complete radio silence, as from the ship was fully loaded with a new type of alien species yet unknown to men.
These aliens have now captured the main marine outpost over the planet, this is a colonial planet that has no great significance. Apparently. After loosing contact, then homeHQ sends in a squad of marines to re-stablish the comuplink to earth and asses the current status of the main outpost.

This is when all hell breaks loose.

(This is the main idea/start of the game, it goes into much more detail and plot.)

The game is set onto two different worlds, colonised marine world and the alien world.

Now we have an internal demo to show you if you feel competent enough to join the team. We would like to interview you and see your capabilities, if you meet are requirements:

Artist:
- Very good in Photoshop
- Knows modelling packages, Maya preferred!
- Including Unwrapping UV meshes and textures.
- Able to do concept art
- Textures
- Contribute clearly and intelligently to the team discussions and meetings.
- Able to express the idea clearly and nearly.
Need to be able to show work to us before interview.
Communications via MSN - locations not specific, though best in Europe or states.

Programmer:
Proficient in the follow:
- C/C++
- OpenGL
- MFC
- Octree/Quadtree
- Demo of previous work.
Send CVs to me.

An old demo can be found at ftp://wwww.themillproduction.com though weve added such things as bump mapping and vertex lighting.

We have everything internally done and we don't want to reveal too much of the game, but it's really going to be a great game as this will be able to command many vehicles and your squad.

To make it clear this is not a paying job!

Thanks you very much,

Toby W. Allen
Creative Director.

Zash: Would it be possible to ZIP the package up so its easier for people to download through IE/Netscape, rather than forcing a "save-as" for every file in every folder? -- I frankly don't have the patience. And also, a complete link to the correct location might be more proper and lessen the confusion (ie, ftp://www.themillproduction.com/StoneAge_LatestVersion/ ). Thanks...

PS - Using MD2 for models? Is this a Quake2-model file? If so... I can already see how sorely that will limit asset generation and engine technology...
