Search for 'painting cubes' or 'matte white cubes' for several threads that deal specifically with how light and shadow behave. The threads discuss a simple scene with simple white forms such as cubes and spheres and how to render them based on realistic methods. Try the tutorials database sticky at the top of the digital art discussion forum, it is Sumaleths site and if you look through the database you'll find some useful info. |
