The pic was rejcted severl times and now I am too rehausted to think of any improvement. It is a vector painting made solely with coreldraw. Can you help? Thanks a lot.

hmm it's nice, but it isn't vector...right??
hmm now i look better at it, it is vector but you have to remove the outlines

Sorry I didnt mention clearly. It was rejected for acceptence into my online gallery at epilogue.net They accpet paintings of fantasy and sf. I dont think this one has any problem with theme, so there must be something VERY wrong with the technique quality.
It is vector, but if I remove the onlines it may look more awkward for it is origionally an anime style.
Thanks, I really need help, cause I've revised it time and time again and I am so DISCOURAGED.

the reason why its been rejected so many times is because you didnt take my advise in the work in progress forum so I have had no choice but to reject it!

My thoughts are akin to Exoskeleton's - you have what are good transitions between areas by value accented shapes, but then you have some areas that are being visually intruded by line. As a result the piece has an "incomplete" look. The lines are also harsh when compared to where I think you're trying to go. You should decide on one or the other, and in this case I would forgoe the lines and let the values "do the talking".
