Now my new son has been born, I have just remade entirely my website (it is a good excuse, isn't it).

Well, what I'd like from you is some crits about colours, navigation, structure, response of the server, etc...

In one word: kick my web's butt as much as you wish...

Thanks a lot.

croncratulations with your son.

think your site is working just fine.

but maybe you should adjust the colors a bit the really hurt my eyes (just kiddin') try working with colors that 'mix' more with eachother now I have more the feeling that I'm looking to a color burst. but I think the site works effective, and that's wat it's all about.

I really like the layout-- nice and simple, and easy to navigate.
A couple things I'd like to comment on...
Firstly, the colours should probably be a bit more coordinated. Perhaps you might use some more subtle colours? The current ones are a little too in-my-face, but that's just my opinion.
Also, the front splash image. You may want to consider changing the file from a .GIF to a .PNG file, to get rid of that nasty grain.
Lastly, you could probably use stylesheets to change the link colours, the fonts and whatnot. It would make it much more sleek and stylish. If you don't know stylesheets and you ever need any help, feel free to ask me.
Once again, really nice easy to navigate site, with some really nice artwork. Smile

Thanks Aquinas and Merlyns for your comments.

Well, it seems you both agree that the colours are too saturated. I'll try to change that whenever I have some time (the little baby takes all my free time right now), as it is the hard job: GIFs are with that background (I didn't create a transparent bg), and all the webpages too...

On the other hand, I've already changed the links colours (at least in the "diary" page) so they can be read more easily. Aquinas, you have made me start to study the basics of CSS...I'll tell you if I improve my learnings or not Smile
