Well, I've gotten my letters from all the colleges I applied to back. Got into every one of 'em except for.. CalArts . So my choices are between Pratt (at Munson-Williams Proctor in Utica, you go there for 2 years and then to the NYC school afterwards), MICA, Academy of Art (San Francisco), and RSAD. Any opinions.. thoughts, whatever? I admit I have yet to really look into any of them, but was just wanting to see if any of you have any experience/knowledge of these colleges. I'm looking for everything in digital illustration/animation and traditional illustration/animation, and fine arts, to a somewhat lesser degree.
All I really care about is learning the basics, learning the tricks-of-trade, etc. from college. (got the talent but no practice/proper training y'know?)
Thanks to any advice/shared knowledge.
