i was having this stupid talk with my friend about old nostalgy shows...
blah blah.. i searched images for captain planet and then i noticed this: (!)

doesnt the black dude who had the "earth" ring look exactly like captain planet, only with different hairstyle and body color. i mean.. look at it.
*him and captain planet have muscles while the rest of the gang look like whimps
*they have same facial structure
and think about this: the black dude says "earth" first in the rings-sequence, then all the others, which gives him just enough time to go change, bleach himself into funky blue color and do something super-heroee with his hair.

its a damn conspiracy! there is no captain planet. how didnt i notice this as a kid??

I think captain planet looks coucasian. Compare the nose width. Also jawlines are different.
