This was going to be in the deviantART.com 2003 Dark Calendar but they cancelled the calendar. Welcome Home is inspired by Stephen Gammell's illustrations in the Scary Stories series of children's books. I even wrote a story to go with with this piece.

about the pic. I like it. Especially the composition it really works. I don't like that smuding + the face could get more details.
