it looks.. pixalated for some reason. Particularly around the eyes and eye lashes. I don't know why it would be that way unless you decided to inflate certain portions of the picture... Aside from that, the actual face and its coloring are good. the hair seems too blurry, and it covers the pointy ear entirely, so I'm not sure what its there for  The face itself is well done however, keep it up. |

you see, its 300% of what it was before i figured that i needed to make it bigger *silly me* i needa sharpen up alot of stuff now....
and the hair is blurry becuase its my method, others told me it looks like a photo ;-\ |

I think it looks really good but.. I think that..
-the skin looks a little too greyish in some areas
-you could add some more shadows under her nose and under her eyebrow (just a little..)
and at last... it needs some sharpening.
But otherwise... great work!

The head is shaped very well. 
Will you post you next Ms-paint picture?, I think I saw one in WIP room for while ago?
