Hi Craig, I have quite a lot of experience with PHP, MySQL, and OSCommerce (which I must say is hideously written).. if you'd like to have a look at some of my work, here you go:

http://www.worldartdistributors.com/catalog/ - This is using OSCommerce which I customized, fixed numerous bugs in, and wrote a payment processing module for. Don't look at me with the design though, the guys son wanted to do it.
http://www.canuckoffroad.com - A large, fully dynamic community site for R/C car racing here in Canada. It's not a commercial site, but I'm listing it here because it's very extensive (even though it still has some areas under construction).
