Here's a couple of things I did for a client over the weekend.
The originals are 1050x2700

I like the way you dealt with the light on both of these, but the first one makes me feel like I am drunk and seeing double, all those bushes and leaves or whatever.
These could be finished a bit more, I don't know if you were on a tight deadline or what.
The perspective on the tower on the second one bothers me a bit, it comes off as too flat. _________________ Illegitimi Non Carborundum

Interesting treatment on the water - it reminds me of the short animation "thief and the cobbler" by some unknown genius that disney ripped off for aladin..

Pretty cool.
Before I read Steel storm's comment I had already made up my mind that tower's perspective is off.
No, cool though, really cool, just neither give me a really strong feeling of volume or mass. The firt one is well crafted, if not a little... Well, I agree with the two before me basically. |

hhmmm, well I think they both rock. as far as perspective goes, they both work for me...I also think they are the same, or similar towers...if so you conveyed that consistently. anyway, the lighting is awesome, and I love the way the hedge grow maze (hope thats what it is) slips into the distance like that. nice, ver ver nice ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ Crimson Crescent |

SteelStorm: These were assigned to me Friday and I did tem over the weekend. They had to be in by Monday morning. The dizzy effect was intentional. These are supposed to be landscapes one would see in a dream.
marc_taro: Thanks!
Capt. Fred: Thanks!
william willette: 3D would have been helpful to use as reference.
aColdOldKodiak: Thanks!
cptoonz: Thanks! They are supposed to be similar towers and that is a maze. Glad you could see that.
Max Kulich: Thanks! _________________ Mindsiphon Dark Art |
