What I liked:
The fact that you've managed to convey that he's really BIG. The hunching adds to the feeling of a "hulking", large body.

What I think needs work:
Well, you mentioned this one yourself - anatomy. The shoulder muscles, the pecs, etc. Nothing a bit of anatomical reference can't solve, tho.

What I thought was kinda weird:
How your drawing makes me think of how the Hulk would look like in a movie played by Nicholas Cage in his "Stanley Goodspeed gee-whiz" persona.
