How do I attach an image file? I hit the button "img" but what next.

You can't attach a file to the message so you will have to use the img tag to link to it.

Get webspace. Upload your image there. Note down the location of where your file is stored. Come to this board. Type:

[img ] *image location [ /img]

and it will show up
