Hi there, could you great artists out there post some good ways to practice drawing. Both techniques for general outline-drawing but also practices for painting in photoshop. So don't hesitate to post something here! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ /Jesper GB

I'm pretty good with a pencil now(after the hour or so I take to get proportions right), but the one thing I was taugt that really helped was contour drawing:
Tape down a sheet of paper, then draw your hand (the one you don't draw with...) without looking at the drawing or taking the pencil from the page. If you do these on a regular basis your proportions tend to get better, but you really train your eyes to see more detail in the object.
Hope that helps you as much as it did me. |
