Sorry dude! my advice though is to look at construction equipment, stuff like hydraulic systems, even car engine diagrams. Lots of cool metal shaped iron cast pieces like hips and joints etc. there. Mix and match and change all that stuff to create your own concept. Believe me if you want to become a seriously good concept guy look at what machines exist today, unless you just want to draw cool stuff. Buy some books like the art of starwars and look what kind of details the spaceship models have. ,,, what they are is lots of different model parts that you get in any hobby shop cut up and rearanged in wierd yet ballanced ways. as far as what kind of models?
; tanks are the best resource.
good luck mate! _________________ I want to breed! |

There i a guy called Nathan Campbell which I think is very good with painting and sketching detailed robots and stuff. He gives me inspiration.
His website dosnt seem to work for the moment so I will give you an URL to his place on conceptart.
http://www.conceptart.org/artist/nathan-campbell/
Heres the URL to his site too, doesnt work for the moment.
But he is redoing his site so it will or should definetely work later.
