Something I've been wanting to do for a while. Im pretty happy with it, being my 8th attempt painting with a mouse. As you can see I'm still learning. And C&C would be appreciated.

Walk with God
Worked on this over a 3 day period here and there.

Sorry to disapoint you Matthew, but I don't do holiday line art of anykind. However I am working on some comic strip stuff at the moment. Not sure how well it will turn out, but we'll see.

And the image is so large because I forgot to downsize it before upload. I'll work on that hehe. I found that painting at 2x or larger of what you want the final to be makes painting much easyer!!

Cool with the comic strip, are you gonna display it here?

And yeah, bigger sizes make it much more cleaner and easier. Smile

Awetopsy: New World Translation

I got the idea from a story one of the brothers at meeting told. The jist of it was, would you be afraid as a little boy to walk through a bad alley way if your father was a 400lb spike driver for the railroad who walked you to/from school while holding your hand.

Then the analagy turned to God. Kinda made sence to me.

Kind of... not sure if I agree with everything... but I like that its more of a study group then a religion.

It's one of the most restrictive religions in America, I can tell you that from experience. Not here to criticize your beliefs though, if you like it, go for it.

If it were a religion by deffinition I'd agree, Its pretty restrictive. Alot of things they do just seems right, like Christmass (and I know this is gonna get me flamed, but here it goes) is wrong. Christ was born (based on the Bible) in mid summer. So why do we celebrate his birthday in the middle of winter. My birthday is in November, but my friends dont show up at my place in late spring looking to party without inviting me.

OK OK, I'll step off LOL. Personaly, it fits me. However, I dont fault anybody who belives any differant then me... to each there own as long as they arnt hurting my family ya know!

OK, blab /off Smile
