I previosly posted this on conceptart.org but I would like to get some Sijuners feedback too.
This a painting that was used on my xmas cards and printed @ 18x22 for a friends b-day gift.
Here are my WIP steps.
100% close ups.
I sketched out the idea on Wednesday. Brought my laptop to work and painted for about 5 hours. Then took the image back to my pc @ home and worked another hour.
This was done in PS7 @ 3200x4000 all on one layer.
Also here are two quick speed paintings. Done for fun.

it looks pretty cool, the guy looks kind of awkward, but I think he was meant to be that way. the hair is nifty, reminds me of a cross between what hpx does and dragon ball. |
