I can't go anywhere without hearing about it! But then I read Ad Busters. And there's a group of people who seem to find it necessary to remind everybody about it by writing "BUY NOTHING DAY" in chalk on the sidewalks.
Does this remind anybody else of the time just after 9-11 when all the gov'ts were saying that the best thing anybody could do is buy buy buy... Help the economy! Spend money! _________________ Under communism, man exploits man. Under capitalism, it's just the opposite.
