Some studies of light, and how it affects the mood of a given scene.

Whoops, reflection error in the second one......oh well
Comments, overpaints, whatever, is welcome. Post your own if you got 'em.

these are really cool. What are they supposed to make me feel? I feel suspense from the 3rd one, and the 2nd one is overpowering....

Thanks guys.

SolarFlux: Well, the first one is supposed to make you feel comfortable, the second one is ssupposed to inspire fear (even though your interpretation is more interresting), and the last one should be neither......some sort of mysterious feeling. The last one is a clear failure I think Rolling Eyes

So: Pleasant, fearinspiring and mysterious.

The first one makes me feel nervous or anxious. Like something is about to go down soon.

second one is a feeling of mischeif or co-conspiricy, kinda feel like I'm somewhere I shouldn't be, and either watching someone else do something, or doing something myself

the third would be, contiuning with this theme an overpowering authority or force. Just something imposing in the background and intimidation

i wouldnt say the third one is a failure its just incomplete, it looks more like a panel from a sequence, im expecting the light source to come into frame from the bottom, like a blimp or a spaceship, or helicopter or nighttime window cleaner. id like to see what you can do with outdoor lighting.

Interesting work!

The first looks to me, like theres nobody, cause its to hot to work, and the manager prefers the cocktailbar.

In the second, theres noone, cause he is fired. (perhaps caused of No1?)

And in the third one, the manager is just jumped in his suicide. (perhaps caused of No2?)
