Hey dude, I love your style. Very cool in a Tarantino/Milo Manara way... I like the colours in this one, and some of the drawing is also very good, but I have a couple of remarks...

The girl seems to be floating above the seat, mostly because the shadow is a bit loose and general, but also because her body doesn't seem to interact with it's surroundings. You would expect her limbs to conform more to the plane beneath her, and maybe the flesh would bulge a bit diffrently here and there. The second this is the hip. Yeah, it's a bitch, probably the thing I love to hate the most about the human body, but you gotta get it right for the figure to make sense.

The spider thingy takes care of some of the problem, but I think that this is what confused you. It's enough to keep track of eight legs without worrying about what's under them, but I really would recommend losing the spider (maybe putting it back afterwards) to focus on the hip and what angle it's in.
