Well im working on a pencil orc warrior, work time till now approx 1 hour
At first : The scanner sux, think i need a new one,if anyone knows what to do to improve image quality i`d be very glad to hear.
Reference used : Warcraft3 box cover
Changed the hair and thickness of the head so it will not look like a kiddy orc and more powerful and ugly
So what do u think?

kudos soak
So far I think it looks wonderful. I really do like the stylized route you've taken. I can see that you're thinking about contrasting regions of line and pattern (i.e. having a nice open plane of shade up against another region of pattern -- like the hair up against the shoulder).
I do get kind of confused as to what's going on below he face.
Also you may want to bring out more contrast in the piece as a whole -- have more areas of very black coloring and others of complete white; to complement the gray tone of the whole piece.
Good work overall, keep it coming ^_^ _________________ ------------------------

Under the head it looks a bit empty, your right but i only scribbled the armor a bit. There will be more detail, especially on the shoulderplates who will get more dark
