I mean what is it? Flash? Javascript? If you know what it is, do you know where I can find out how to do it?

Wow thats cool. He is using .clip to set the visible layer mask to the position/size of that cursor image while its moved.

ooo awsome, MS totally added new stuff to HTML lately.

W3C does the standards (http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/). MS and NS follow them when they feel like it.

IE was always full of doodads, transitions, filters and such.
