I think it will be a while before I can post something truely painterly and nice looking, but I thought I'd just post this link to my latest "practice" exercise while I learn to use my Wacom tablet. Done in Photoshop 7.

how long did you do digital painting with your mouse before using wacom pad???

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think it's just too easy to use an airbrush effect and not stick to a brushed look. Just a habit from other stuff I do during the day at work. The curse of the Gaussian Blur I guess.

Never. Well, actually I did a wizard from a scan and colored it comic book style in Photostyler! So that shows how long that was ago ![Shocked](images/smiles/icon_eek.gif) |
