Hey guys, at school there is a 4x5 (i think, its small) wacom tablet (says digitzer-ii on the back), anywho ya so its my first time playing with it, im wondering how do you guys work when u paint. How do you change color, how do you change the macros on top (what do they do) .. like i dont have the thing so i dont have a chance to customize it, tell me plz I must know since i dont have a manual or anything and i dont have enough time to experiment fully. Also when u paint in photoshop (thats all i got) what do you use (stylus, fade) for the brush settings, what kinda brushes, etc... All feedback, opinions, etc... are appreciate i really wish i could get a wacom tablet ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ Open your eyes... and see the world as it really is... |

well theres a lot to say if i were to explain how to do all of this--but i'll tell you some basic things--ehem*
well if you wanna sketch on photoshop, i use the brush and set the OPACITY of the brush to STYLUS--
as for colors, what do you want to know? you just click on the little color box to change the color...simple as that
layers are very useful and so is the HISTORY box--
you said it pretty broadly but if you need anything more specific i'd be happy to help...with what i know at least....
oh yea ...cant believe i forgot to ask this, what PHOTOSHOP are you using??? _________________ www.andresguzman.com

hey thanks for a reply, its 6 (thats what they have at school). How about those colors? I looked at some paintings and they are absolutely natural (in a sense) do you make a swatch or something? Gah i wish i had this at home, last time i bought it off ebay it didnt work so my parents were like hell no u aint getting that no more of ebay! Anywho.. Also what about those macros? i would like to customize them in some way. Also could you tell me in more detail how you use burn, dodge, brush (types?), etc... with your wacom. I sort of experimented with just black and was drawing stick figure ppl Didn't get too far. _________________ Open your eyes... and see the world as it really is... |
