Sorry about the link, but I figure this'd be the easiest way.

This is project #1 in a series of 3 for my sculpture class.

The head was made by making a wooden armature with a wad of newspaper and twine attatched to the top of the neck with plaster covering the entire thing -- topped with a skin made by melting crayons w/ parafin wax.

Is it a head or a whole corps?

dude, that's lookin' pretty sweet... only thing i'd say is that his skin could use a darker tone... y'know, so he looks a little less cheery...
