Sorry about the link, but I figure this'd be the easiest way.
This is project #1 in a series of 3 for my sculpture class.
The head was made by making a wooden armature with a wad of newspaper and twine attatched to the top of the neck with plaster covering the entire thing -- topped with a skin made by melting crayons w/ parafin wax.
