I generally don't do mecha... but i figured it'd be a better 1st shot with my tablet than kicking myself to do a person or landscape.
oh...and if you own a Saitek cyborg joystick, you'll notice a striking similarity between it and the head of the robot (too good of a model to pass up).

looks good, I see a couple places where I might have added a cast shadow created by the meck itself. so as to be consistant with the shadow on the ground. |

A little weird looking.....though, doesn't seem all that functional. But good job overall.

Functional? Hah. Thinking about it, the robot would probably fall over because of all of the extra weight on the one side. |
