every one recently seams to be rushing about doing things as fast as they can...i seem to be sliding through in some kind of time bubble it's all very odd i feel drowsy and depleated i sleep well and get up when i need to im not quite sure if anything has changed or if i can just see the world in a diferent light...i have taken a likeing to colours and lighting that i didn't used to maybe im experiancing some kind of excelerated lateral shift in the way i think like shokabookoo ("the sharp spirtshial kick to the head that alters your reality forever" - can't remember) i got more work to be getting on with than i have ever had before but i just cant bring my self to do it i kind of dwell in front of my monitor as the world speeds past hour drifts into hour. i get to the pub after work and i just curl up on one of the benches in the corner not caring who is about...i will sit crossleged on the bench huging my knees with my pint in one hand and a smoke in the other and touch neather (ive got a blister on my for finger to proove it to) not even fast paised or rythmic music gets me going my mind just settles on the rolling beats or underlying mellodys and i can sit for hours...content in my world for i am The Inconvenience Engine(tm)

That was one classic paragraph.

I have felt similarly many a time, DrBof. Technology needs to get faster and there needs to be more memory and more polygons and more bandwidth and cheapier costs and obsolete-before-you-buy/learn it and so on...

Sometimes I can't help but stop and look up at the birds chirping. Gliding through the air peacefully and without mechanation...

hey Phil, that sounds like a radiohead song. That's how I feel everyday... especially when I wake up from a really messed up nightmare, and I can't get my thoughts clear... or maybe they are more clear... and I just don't like what I see.

Haven't heard from you in awhile, maybe I know why now. Are you going to be ok? :/

im my (post)normal self i just feel that this forum is a good place to empty my brain onto...varios diferent things have happened since my last bout of ramblings

a girl that i thought liked me declairs that she never wants to speak to me again (witch is always pleasant) and odd things going on @ work

never fear im fairly robust

speaking of lyrics i pulled these from a breakbeat era tune called "terrible funk" it's about the death of the free party in the uk (u may smile all u non uk peeps but if your not carfull roodi will do the same to u!)

Slide on in, (slide on in)
slide on inbetween,
the liquid base babe,
im on your side.

i look up, (i look up)
look up and loose my self,
watch u take your place in the sun,

don't be shy, (don't be shy)
where all the same on the inside,
the liquid base babe,
im on your side

Slide on in, (slide on in)
slide on inbetween,
the liquid base babe,
im on your mind.

time to die
they come from nowhere
big black suits
with numbers on there jackets
holy cow no i dont tell them nothin
im on your side

don't go out, you think i learned my lesson?
day to day we fight a loosing battel

shine oh shine it's all the same on the surface baby
on the other side

yes i see you!
day by day
dont go out
feel so strange

[end]

feeling slightly more chipper today but not huge amouts (but thax for the consern) i want to get out have nothing to worry about, only where my next meal comes from, it's almost festival time again (woohoo) ill make a break from it all just fro a weekend in the wild...im not sure i was build to be strapped to any one place...i have always moved around...3 years is the longest i have stayed any where...it can't be time to move on...i dont know...im off to amsterdam in a couple of weeks...i need to redo my website

what do u recon maddening scribbles or clean technical lines?

(doh i would forget my brain if it wasn't sealed in my skull)

Phill 'my mind is liquid night, my soul is black pollished chrome' Tew

I prefur maddening scribbles.. rather than clean technical lines. Skribbles have more emotion in them, and are much more passionate than clean perfect lines. But that's just how I am...

We travel a lot too. The longest I've stayed anywhere was 10 months. (I mean since I left 'home') But it's not very comforting at times, wondering where to next? So I believe we will be settling down somewhere soon. What is the difference between comforting and comfortable? Because I am comfortable, but not comforted. Does that sound odd? Oh well nevermind

awwwwwwww.... but but I thought you you you... *sniff* *sniff* it's ok... I.. I.. I.. I.. will live.. *sniff* *sob*

Naw, it's cool, very sleek. Very trendy. That's pretty much the same look Nicole is working on with Synic. It's going to be cool, I'm helping her with it.

Anyway, I hope you feel better after going to AMSTERDAM!! YOU SUCK... you're so lucky you live in Europe. I wanna go live in Europe and be European and ride European bicycles and do European things too!

Jess, wanna trade?
I wanna go live in America, (not) be American and ride American cars and do American things.
Guess I'll have to settle with possibly visiting New Mexico next year if I can find the time... I'd like too see mountains at least once in my life. It's not a fetish or anything, but I hear they're purdy.
Oh yeah, and it's waaaarm over there.

Ach, this has nothing to with the topic at hand, but hey, this is under "Random musings" so I can get away with this.

Maybe I should post a poem I wrote ages ago that everybody ('cept me) seemed to like... Naah, too embarrasing. :\

hehe, American drugs

Yeah, people aren't so crotchedy in 'Random Musings'. 'Specially Phil, he's pretty cool. I want to go to Amsterdam because they have sex on the lawns and drugs are legal.

*sigh* yep, the woman I work with said she went to Amsterdam, England and France awhile ago. She told me all kinds of interesting stories, and now I want to live in Amsterdam and have *cough* ..fun.

Aw Phil, you really should buy a camera. I am in the midst of re-decorating our apartment. Though it's not much in size, it is slowly comming along. I love thrift shops! We frequent the thrift shops here often, though they're probably not as cool as the ones you have over there. You can still find some really good finds here. I found this awesome 50's style kitchen table and chairs that I want soooooooooo bad yesterday. But it cost way too much. But we did find this handsome gothic chest of drawers, all solid wood for only $70 at the thrift store, so I am happy.

Is it true they don't use toilet paper in France??

Doesn't everyone in America
own a gun, two cars, eat (Mc)junk food all day every day, do drugs, participate in some obscure religious cult activites, disapprove of sex but at the same time condone violence, blow up abortion clinics, blame society/parenting/media/games/TV for all the fucked up stuff in the world, poke their noses in political issues that do not involve them, go nuts and dash off on a killing spree to their place of employment?

If you didn't catch the sarcasm, leave this planet.

Yes, holland has lotsa windmills, but Amsterdam is quite unlike the rest of holland And drugs aren't legal, we just divide them in harddrugs and softdrugs. Softdrugs like weed and some herbal stuff is legal, but everything else (harddrugs) isn't.

Oh well, Easter is comming up! So they are selling them again here in the states!! WOO HOO!! My auntie in Scottland used to bring us candy from there when she would visit, when I was a little kid. And she'ld always bring Cadburry Eggs and that triangle shaped chocolate covered toffee... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm... *sigh* I'm so hungry.. we need to go grocery shopping.

Aw man... now I got to get dressed and hit the candy store or something... later

Ach! I'm an insensitive brute!
My sincerest apologies to Jess (and everybody else I might have offended). Wasn't my intention to insult anyone.
And I wasn't trying to insinuate anything.
Again, I'm sorry.
