Her left arm is looking a little funky, there seems to be a bulging shoulder muscle that looks a little strange. _________________ Brendan

Neverman your right the arm isnt the problem .. I had a bit of a play with the image. Tell me what you think. I thought the back muscles went down her back to far and the belly button was too low, made her stomach look elongated.

ok I made a quick overpaint.
I think this piece could be more interesting if u were to go with only one lightsource, now u have several and the spot-light above tells us that there is a strong light above. So I only used that spot-light in the overpaint.
Headsize is difficult to get right, especially on the female body and I still struggle with that me too. her head is a little bit big. and as you can see in my overpaint I made it to small instead, it is hell to get the heads right hehe.
One good thing to remember is that in dark environments shadows becomes darker and more red on the skin.
Well the overpaint isn't that good but maybe some tips can be given from it. I like what you did with her legs, looks good and the pose is very interesting too.
keep it up and keep painting and drawing, hope it is ok with critique.
ok gotta take that shower now than me off to see Hellboy.
have a nice day |

i agree that her back muscles, head and belly button need modifications. I'm not sure about the shadows and lights though..they appear to be fine to me. I'm gonna work on it and give you an updated version...as soon as i can that is
Thanks for C&C and any help ! |
