Amazing. I love the bold pink strokes in there. The pose and angle remind me of Dhab's Arbiter. Awesome job, as usual.

Like Tinusch mentioned, I love the bold pink strokes. Your work is ALWAYS bold with their palettes. I've mentioned before that I think you're colour choices are among the best in the business. I love it. DO MORE! PLEASE GOD, DO MORE! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THING.. sorry, got carried away.

Wow, what a staggring display of pure God blessed talent. Janne, you are by far one of my most adored painters, and each and every single brushstroke you apply makes my life all the more pleasuring and exciting. If you would stop painting, I would have no reason to live!

Really dig the colors in the face! And yeah, looks very much inspired by Dhab's Arbiter. Great job anyways!

great piece.

i must say though that compared to the face the clothing lacks alot of details. ofcourse this is a speed painting and you might have not wanted to put any more details into it, but out of the whole painting i must say that the hands are just damn awesome.

Looking real good. Love the sublte features in the hands and the transparent (and bold) strokes on the head. Very nice indeed!

thanks for the feedback. looking at this now the arbiter influence is obvious. funny how i didn't consciously think of it when i was painting. i have to admit that it's one of my favorite paintings from dhab.

snake g: so, you've been skipping your sessions with the shrink, haven't you?

Being that 3 other people already mentioned EXACTLY that, was it really neccessary to post the image in the thread, Awetopsy?
