Now THIS is good photomanip work. Incredible, actually.

Generally speaking I usually don't like this stuff, but I totally love this.

Do you happen to have a 1600x1200 version for my desktop?

Pixel Soldier, you're more than welcome!

mannela, Thanks!

rippleboxer and J. Tsang, Thank you guys.

Well I have experimenting this technique for 2 weeks now. Basicly it is a painting with abstract imgs. I first create many abstractions using some filters in PS6, especialy the filter/distort/displace, glass, twirl, mostly DISPLACE. Then I start to overlaping the imgs and isolating some parts of them painting with brushes and gradients on a mask (layer mask). I keep changing the layer modes(softligh, lighten, darken, overlay, etc)and moving them up and down to explore more and more until I am satisfied with the effect, then I merge the layers and start it all over again.

I am sorry I cant be more specific on the procedures, but it is a very espotaneous and ocasional process!

[]'s artemio.

Nice.

Good feeling to it, very soft and welcoming. The colours are good, I find it hard to work in those particular cyan and greeny blues.

Try this method: get any picture, duplicate it so that there are now two identical layers of the same pic. Now change the upper layer to soft light and do a gaussian blur on the layer beneath. Instant softness!

btw, those dots in the address are really hard to see, and the r in br is too.

Hope that helps.
