hey. did this one today.. came out pretty good(better than green lightning that is...) I definitely need help with textures and such but still - i hope u like.

Oh yeah, the picture... The lineart isn't bad, but it's not very solid. It needs some balance and structure. I'd do a paintover to explain what I mean, but I don't have a server anymore, so I'm stuck. My biggest concern is with the shading, though. It seems like you only shaded according to color blocks, rather than according to the actual form and shape of the objects themselves. Don't think of it as, "the right side of the linework should be dark, and fade into a lighter color toward the left." Again, I wish I could give a little paintover to explain, but I can't. Just try to focus on structure. Break it down into 3D masses, rather than a bunch of lines. But it's definitely a good start, and don't worry about what morons and assholes (both embodied by Pirate) say about it. |

Your linework is good, but really messy. Trying making your art at quadruple the size if your system can handle it. When you scale it down, it won't be nearly as obvious. |

thanx guys! yeh my lineart is done in biro and scanned in so..um yeh need a graphics tablet meethinks- i love for someone to do a paint-over -i dont really have a sever to use either i just post this stuff on some java thing dunno what its for!!!  |
