Was made for a competition, Assembly 2002, last week, didn't go too well, didn't even get to the top 15 for some reason.

| cool Marvel.. I think asm02 was fixed because some of the pics that DID get chosen were total crap. You at least should have been in the top 15. Did you see that crap paintover that won? sigh |

| Its a good painting, but I think probably the theme of it brought it down...I mean the picture just doesnt make much sense... Still i am in Awe of your colouring skills. |

Thanks for the comments guys.
I think this picture makes way more sense when viewed in the right context, which is my picture from Assembly 2000 (which came 2nd):
The name of the original is like 'Come to Papa' (actually Kam tu Papa) and this years pic is 'Won't Come to Papa' (i.e. wount instead of won't, just for the fun of it). I hope this makes the theme more clear. |

Typical ASM judgings. Though I find it funny that you didn't fair any better considering your past history with FC.
I think work needs to be done understanding lighting a little better with regards to form. I think this would have helped out your pic a little.
Good to see you again Marvel. And, dare I ask, what's happening with Remedy these days now that Max Payne rights has been sold out to Take2? |
