THIEF in a nut-shell: bada$$ thug goes shoppin'. In the process he keeps on camping in the dark, waiting for a chance to get inside some kinda mansion unnoticed by the guards. And he camps and camps from dark corner to corner like the bloody pussy he is. Occassionally he has to take out one of those dumb guards with his bow - and if you don't hit the guard with your first shot the dumb guard will look into the direction the arrow was coming from, scratch his head and say something like "Hmmmmm an arrow passing by my sorry ass closely, very intersting. Maybe I shouldn't care and get myself more of that delicious cheese pie my gay man lover made for me." and walk away.


I loved that game.

thief is an incredible game, and only pussies like you need to play on low skill levels and resort to killing, the rest of us use stealth and avoid guards, or get close enough to knock them out.

PS I HATE YOU FLAT

PPS never EVER knock a looking glass game. the depth in thief and thief 2, between conversations and documents read, the open design to the levels that allowed freedom in style, and the idea that a true thief wouldn't go around killing 30 people on a heist are all part of the allure of this game.
