Nice! very cool design.
Everything looks pretty good, I'll see what I can find wrong... The neck is a bit odd, the collarbone seems kinda weird too. The arm and shoulder look sort of hyper-extended, like its dislocated.
Other than that it is really good. Your rendering is pretty solid, but as usual it could do with a shadow on the ground.
It is a concept, so I geuss cast shadows aren't much of a problem, but for future reference they need some work if you are going to make it a finished piece.
A few little area's could do with some more perspective work, eg.. the kneecaps (look at the size difference aswell). The little holes in the crotch area don't seem to be symmetrical with each other, the ones turned away from us look like the point downwards too much and are too far around the side.
Overall it Rocks! cool gizmos and everything.. Would be nice to see it coloured.
Hope that helps |

I think it's very nice design and I really like this type of fast sketching, only the right hand looks little bit "hyper-extended", as Ian said. Is it concept for some 3D model, or just for fun? |

I wanted to post to say that I liked it. Then I thought I don't want to be just a prase poster. Unfortunatly I am, because I can not find a thing to crit. Really great work.

Really like the image.. hope you don't mind but I decided to give it some color. Unfortunately I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to work on it.. but I had fun colorin it.

Whoa- I'm flattered. Nice coloring job syn! I like the subtle hilights on his left leg, and the way all the muscles pop out. I guess you liked it enough to put that much time into it
Now I'll think before I put up another b/w image...
thx again |
