dunno if you tried to make a characature of the real person. but if you did then you horribly failed.
sorry to say that but i think characatures are the hardest portraits ever.
wat makes it significant is that the distortions make the portrait look like the subject. what i mean is that the artist has to study the face and see what features make up the persons face. only then can you distort the face around those key features.
hard to explain..and all i can say is practice...

It wasn't a caricature, just a study in color. If it were a caricature, I wouldn't have exaggerated the nose as I did.
