Its loose, kinda reminds me of an evil santa nice work tho!

Only thing I'd say is the dark shading is a bit too dark compared to the lightness of the rest of it.....like on the side of the nose it makes it look too angled?

My skin tones are terrible as well. Scan in an actual photo and just use your dropper to pick up colors from different areas. I never see the colors that are truly there-- and this helps me to understand how skin tones truly work. Keep going with your picture-- I think it is good but that you can still invest more time in it.
