I've been working on this image for an entire day with my mouse, and only my mouse. I finished it off right as the clock struck twelve midnight and pronounced my fourteenth birthday, which is like some major duper coincidence or something. I don't know here's the picture. Comments and critiques are welcome.

Thanks for the tips, it's still a bit hard to take care of the anatomy with a mouse though. It's like, cutting your lawn by ripping the grass out or something. But yeah, thanks. |

where to begin.... (I apologize in advance if this seems a bit harsh but really I mean this in your best interest)
1) you need to grab some anatomy books and learn learn learn. the anatomy is way off.
-learn the basic "egg" shape of a head and then learn where all the features attach to that "egg" shape
-learn the distances between features and how they line up to one another. eg. how the bottom of the ear lines up with the tip of the nose and the top part of the ear (where it connects to the head) lines up with the outter corner of the eyes.
2) you need to work on your shading. Right now the face looks like a flat plane. there is no volume to the face. You need to learn how light wraps around a cylindrcal shape.. rounded shapes.
3) the line work looks like you selceted a bunch and used the stroke command in photoshop. use less clashy colors and maybe get some varying lineweights.
anyways..
Happy Birthday tho
