I was one of those regular visitors who came here for inspiration but I now have finally registered. I am 15 and have become interested in digital art in the past year or two. I use a "mouse".
I would appreciate some critiques on a few peices I have done. Go ahead and say all you want as long as you say something helpful.

first one i dont like.
second one caught my eye. the fat strokes are very interesting.
third one is ok. very well done i guess, but its just too simple. i love simplicity but the night scene doesnt portray any ideas... its hard for me to describe what i feel about it.
fourth pic blew me away. the lighting the angle the atmosphere...its just darn wicked.you captured the feeling of a summer day after the rain (in my point of view). i really like the fat strokes in your style.
fifth pic would be alot better if the snowboarder was anatomically correct. just fix him. keep the way you made the mountains. the crayon texture kinda gives them this funny feel, as if they were soft making the situation look very safe, opposed to the fact that the boarder might die...
keep up your work and keep on posting. |

The clouds one caught my eye too. I think your stuff is pretty good.
I appreciate how you are not afraid, daring in your brushstrokes etc
Good work..maybe not perfect. But keep this up and you will get there. |

Thanks to you both for the comments. I hope to be seeing you around here. Thank God it's summer and I have some time now. |
