Damn I'm addicted to it. Didn't play Counter-Strike online for at least... well I guess two days or sumthin'. The keyboard controller sucks in terms of driving behavior but there's sooo much to see and sooo many freaks to kill and so many cars to crash in a morbid but still funny manner that it will make you fucking cum. And all the damn details which went into this master piece! Damnit a game that's worth the money at last. I'm a GTA fan anyway though but this one is really, really good. GAME ON!

it definately is a sweet game. i finaly made it to shoreside vale yesterday. so many things to do in this game that makes it fun. i'm taking a break from missions and trying to find all the packages. i'm up to 59.

but damn i need a new vid card.

Im in luck.. although game is choppy and half the polygons are transparent (hall of mirrors effect from HL) but thats cause of crappy ATI card.
I need a new video card.

question, ma man. where the fuck are you gonna land yo baby? And how the hell do you fly that thing anyway? Do you have to fly over the edge of the runway and then steer up the nose of your plane? Well that's what someone should think. I tried it several times on the runway, it flew like 2 or 4 seconds then came back down. I mean I can land a fucking chessna in Operation Flashpoint on every damn backyard (not exactly but you got the idea) but I failed to find out how to get this damn plane into the air. Gimme some tips, bro. And what's up with the wings of that plane, anyways? They look way too short.

the most important thing is to get a good start.
keep pressing up a long time before lifting. the rest is hard to explain. just keep trying.

and that's got to be the most entertaining game i've ever played. me and my sisters bf played it for 3 weeks ceveral hours per day and then we hadn't even started on the missions

I hope they come out with an expansion with new cars, people and islands Be really easy to just hook liberty city up with another city.

Getting kind of tired of not finding any new cars to drive...I'm pretty new at the game, is there a way to add cars?

P.S. - my favorite car to steal is the hydraulics pimpmobile

Yo, and let us hope they'll integrate a multiplayer feature in their upcoming expansion set or mission disc or what the hell they're gonna call it. Regarding cars, well, the Patriot Hummer is one of da finest I'd say, you'll only get it if you fulfill all missions in that central park thingie in Staunton Island (the toilets, ya know). That thing's bullet proof, wohooo! Drive relaxed thru da liberty city without having to fear some badass mofos toast your pimp limo with their shotguns while you're driving by only 'cos you killed one or two hundred of their gang fellaz and they dun like yo ass no mo. Patriot, dat's ma car, yo!

Nah. GTA3 loses a lot of the funmeats because it jumped to three dimensions. I like the focused ability to beat grannies to death, but when you run everyone down you've got to get out and collect money. Just isn't the same. I'd have liked to see it come out more like GTA2. Someone should take the plane, choppers, hookers and baseball bat (and the fantastic radio stations) and port them back into GTA2's engine.

If you really appreciate the series, you put GTA: London before all. ^_^

the thing is you have to fly in a more or less straight line, if you get the trick you can jup from rooftop to rooftop. some nice hidden packages there aswell. it hard, but once you fly it over the island youll have mastered it. i tried the plane to car dynamics cheat the other day. i managed to get an infernos like a third of the way.

Okay, after I dropped off the first stolen car(after repainting it), I had no idea what to do next. I just went around robbing people with the baseball bat, and then lead a whole squad of plice cars around the entire city in a huge action chase. I managed to kill off tons of cops with the assault rifle, and even jacked a few police cars, but eventually, I ran out of bullets and they surrounded me and shot me up .

WTF is the point of the game? You just commit one crime after another and climb the gansta ladder?

You keep doing crimes but there's alot of variety and twists... There's a crazy part were you gotta go on a street race with the Diablos to earn their respect, and other nifty junk like that.
I have it for the PS2, but it lost some of it's appeal to me when I left the first Island, I like working for the mafia more than the other gangs. I'm at the point where I'm running missions for Howard Love (you know, that guy that owns all the radio stations)

the best way to kill cops is go up on a building(warehouses with stairs) and sniper people. ull be on 6 stars in no time and the only thing that can get u are the helicopters, but you just blow them up. your criminal ranking goes up likle noones businesss. i got 150 helicopters down doing this over and over again well four times
