The figure is absolutely fantastic - The suspended motion and flying bits remind me of phil hale's work...

My first impression was that the stormtrooper head, though in the title of the work, hurts the composition a bit. So I used the stamp tool to remove it, and it confirmed my suspicion - Without the decapitated head, the female Jedi's stance and attitude really come to the front and become the focus of the piece. Simply astounding.

Do you have a site with more of this stuff?

A really nice piece. I like both versions: with the stormtrooper's head it shows that she's in battle and without it looks as though she's just sensed another jedi and is preparing for battle.
There's only a couple of small things that bother me. Firstly, the sabre looks a little bent and secondly it looks too short to me.

Wow just checked out some of your pictures and I'm sooo impressed, especially by the way you get the textures so good. The picture "pirate" is astounding...it's just WOW
This jedi pic is good also but I think her head is a bit stiff, maybe the neck could be better?
Just saw your "Vampire" pic...it has so much atmosphere in it. How do you get that kind of depth/texture?
Where do you work??

In the Pic without the Stormtroopers head, please put the flying bit's of stormtrooper suit back in! I felt it added more motion and energy to the piece.

Just my 2 bits, and yes it's very well done! If you could add those bits of flying metal I'd replace my current desktop image.

I'm really curious to hear how you produce the beautiful grain used in your artworks. A little insight perhaps :]?

Holy shit! More awesomeness from Ornicar. ^_^

I also like it much more without the head. Very witty, though, heh heh! The title makes less sense without it.

This pic reminds me of Malachi's characters and Ashley Wood's texturing style.

Incredible work. ^_^
