The girl's name is Jeiro
This is from a comic I'm working on with Brian. He Lay out the story, I concept and draw it. The story still needs major revamp though, and I only got just the girl done.(needs to do 9 more chars) But it's coming along.

Really nice!!! Especially the top half. My only crits is that I think the legs are too short and I think she could need some more detail on the trousers/pants and shoes.

what hair-sprey does she use
after i shower...i just cant seem to keep that lift
nice character tho
if you dont want to add any detail to the lower half....maybe you could put a gradient background so the upper half stands out
or maybe blend in with a floor suface |

this pic reminds me alot of older anime, nice style. only crit is that i think that her left leg is bent just a little bit inward too far. i dunno, may just be me.
cant wait to see some of the other sketches.
