Been doing a lot of work in Painter Classic lately... i'm lovin' it.

There's 3 more Painter images, 4 inked (one or two traditionally, the others in photoshop), and 6 pencils on the following page. Crit's welcome, just sharin'.

2nd World Simulations sample page

Wow!

That's really cool.

So loose and yet so precise.
I love the way the shape of the hood is really only suggested.
The lightning turning into a skull(Or the other way around), is also very effective. It could easily have become just another bland clich, but the way you did it just... well.... it just works.

If I had to nitpick(Or rather, since I'm going to nitpick), my only complaint would be the foreground in front of the car. It just doesn't really fit the rest, in my mind, at least.

But, anyhow... cool picture.

... And a very living car. Which is strange. Since it's a car. Living. Car. Cool.

err.. uhh... do i owe you money, Gimbal?
yeah, the last couple months were kinda nuts.

Basse_Ex: Thanks. It's kinda funny because i worked over a photo of a mustang that the AD sent me. I did go back and look at the original again later and found out there's actually more tone in my version, which is kinda cool.
Nitpick away. I was trying for like "road of bones" or something. You're not the first person to say it was unsuccessful
oh well.

lol Yeah, you owe me the 2 cents I gave you on your previous post.

And I can't give you my 2 cents on these pics until I get my 2 cents back.

Anyway, as I've said before these are all really good. I especially like the Kama & Knee pic.

that image is great. Why don't you finish it?

Some areas that look unfinished (for me):
- The lights of the car
- The ground (maybe some water drop, and stuff)
- The bonnet

Very good image.

Pixtur: it's as done as it's going to get for the project it was for.
if i get enough feedback, i might push it further, but i like it subtle as it is now.
I could be wrong though.

Infinity... i think so.

Basse... not really *sob* hehe.
did you guys check the link under the image?
there's a bunch more images there to pick apart thanks for the feedback!

Hey, I love this car. I've never been that good at metal and machinery myself, so I'm always impressed by people who are.
