What a cute and playful picture. The only thing that I see there that needs work is the postion of he facial features( eyes, nose, mouth) within the shape of the head.

I think the grass, tree and mountains in the back could be improved a little, not as good as the rest.

very colorfull I love anime used to make it all the time I learned ove jdillons tutorails.

over to the picture:
You should give the water an extra glow and some darker shading jus't like chrome but the water us fine to this way very colorfull.
