Looks good, is it pastel? I like the colour choice for the sky and sea, the brushstrokes for the clouds might need some work, try follow its contour, The wave looks quite nice.

It's beautiful piece, keep it up.

actually I did this on my drawing tablet in Painter about 3 months after I got it
